How does it work?
Choose a design, type your names, muhurtham and venue, and watch a free preview. When everything looks right, pay online and your video is ready in a few minutes.
How long does it take to get my video?
Usually 2–5 minutes after payment. At busy times it can take a little longer – you get an email as soon as it is ready.
Can I see the video before paying?
Yes. The live preview shows your own names and photos. It has a “PREVIEW” watermark and lower quality; the video you pay for is full HD without the watermark.
Can I type in Telugu?
Yes. Use your phone’s Telugu keyboard, or type in English and use the “Type in English → తెలుగు” helper. You can always correct the result.
I found a mistake after paying. What now?
Open the video in “My invitations” and choose “Correct and re-render”. You get 1 free correction within 48 hours of payment.
How do I share the invitation on WhatsApp?
On the ready page tap “Share on WhatsApp”. Your guests get a link to watch the video; you can also download the MP4 and send it directly.
How can I pay?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm…), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets – all through Razorpay’s secure checkout.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately and used only for your video. Photos and videos are deleted automatically 60 days after your video is ready. Please download and keep your own copy.
Can a parent who has passed away be mentioned?
Yes. Tick “Late (కీ.శే)” next to the name and the invitation writes “కీ.శే” before it.
Can I add our photos?
Yes, in designs with photo slots. You can crop each photo; iPhone (HEIC) photos work too.
Do you give refunds?
If we cannot make your video or it has a technical problem we cannot fix, you get a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
