Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Q SOLUTIONS (“Hindu Invites”, “we”) runs this website and makes personalised video invitations. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
• Invitation details you enter: names of the couple and family members, dates and times, venue and any photos you upload.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment id, amount and status – never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used to keep accounts secure (for example to stop password guessing). We use cookies only to keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it

To create, show a preview of and deliver your invitation video; to send service emails (email confirmation, password reset, payment receipt, “video ready”); to prevent fraud and misuse; and to keep records required by law (such as tax records).

4. Your consent

You agree to this policy when you create an account. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (Profile → Delete my account and data).

5. Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the website: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (sending emails) and our hosting provider (servers). The share page of a finished video can be watched by anyone who has its link – share it only with people you want to invite. We never sell your data.

6. Photos of other people

Only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in the invitation.

7. How long we keep it

Photos and videos are deleted automatically 60 days after your video is ready (or after your draft was last changed). Your account details are kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your details, drafts, photos and videos are deleted; for paid orders we keep only the payment record (amount, date, payment id) because tax law requires it.

8. Your rights

You can see and correct your details on your Profile page, delete your account and data at any time, and contact us with any question or complaint about your data. We will reply within 30 days.

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, store passwords only in hashed form, keep photos and videos in private storage that is not publicly listed, and limit access to authorised staff.

10. Children

This service is meant for adults (18 years or older).
