In short
Check everything in the free preview before paying. You are responsible for the names and photos you enter. The video is delivered digitally (usually within minutes) and is for your personal use.
1. The service
Hindu Invites (operated by Q SOLUTIONS) lets you create personalised video invitations from ready-made designs. By using the website you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Give correct details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be 18 years or older.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the names, text and photos you enter. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and the permission of the people shown. Do not enter anything unlawful, hateful or offensive. We may refuse or remove such content.
4. Preview and approval
You can check a free, watermarked preview before paying. Please check every name, date, time and venue carefully – by paying you approve the content of the video.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the website. Payment is made online through Razorpay. Your video is made only after the payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
The video is delivered digitally: it is usually ready within a few minutes (at busy times it may take up to 24 hours). You get an email and can download it from “My invitations”. Nothing is shipped physically.
7. Corrections
After payment you can correct your details and get a new video once, free of charge, within 48 hours of payment.
8. Use of the video
The finished video is for your personal, non-commercial use (sharing with family and guests). The designs, music and artwork remain ours or our licensors’ and may not be resold or reused.
9. Keeping your copy
We delete photos and videos 60 days after the video is ready. Please download and keep your own copy.
10. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available and correct, but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at (to be added).
